Archiving Policy

The Elementary Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles. To safeguard scholarly content from data loss, system failures, or unforeseen circumstances, the journal implements the following archiving strategies:

  1. Digital Archiving

All published articles are permanently archived in multiple repositories to ensure continued availability, including:

  • Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) – Indonesia’s national academic database.
  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) – A secure digital archiving system for Open Journal Systems (OJS).
  • Internet Archive – To guarantee long-term access to published content.
  • CrossRef & DOI System – Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent linking and citation stability.
  • Google Scholar: Articles are indexed and discoverable in Google Scholar for long-term visibility.
  1. Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to self-archive their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided that they acknowledge the original publication in this journal.

  1. Access and Availability

All archived content remains freely accessible under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, ensuring continued access without restrictions.
