Revenue Sources
The Elementary Journal (TEJ), published by C.V. Gerasi Insan Nusantara, manages its financial resources transparently to support the sustainability, quality, and integrity of its scholarly publishing activities.
The journal's revenue may be derived from the following sources:
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
If applicable, article processing charges may be collected from authors to support editorial administration, manuscript processing, copyediting, layout, digital publication, website maintenance, and other publishing-related activities. Any applicable charges, including their amount and payment procedures, are communicated transparently to authors before submission or during the submission process.
Publisher Support
The publisher may provide financial or operational support to maintain the journal's editorial management system, website, publication infrastructure, and administrative activities.
Institutional or Organizational Support
The journal may receive financial or in-kind support from institutions, educational organizations, research bodies, or other organizations that support scholarly publishing. Such support does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or the selection of manuscripts for publication.
Grants and Sponsorships
TEJ may receive grants or sponsorships from relevant organizations to support its publishing operations and the dissemination of scholarly research. Any sponsorship arrangement must preserve editorial independence and must not compromise the integrity, impartiality, or academic quality of the journal.
Other Legitimate Sources
The journal may receive other legitimate financial or non-financial support consistent with its academic mission, applicable regulations, and publication ethics policies.
Financial Transparency and Editorial Independence
All revenue sources must be managed responsibly and transparently. Financial considerations must not influence manuscript acceptance, peer-review decisions, editorial judgments, or the academic content published by TEJ.
Payment of any applicable fee does not guarantee acceptance or publication of a manuscript. All submissions are evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies, scope, publication standards, and peer-review procedures.
Any applicable publication fees, waivers, or other author-related charges will be communicated through the journal's official website or submission system. TEJ is committed to ensuring that its financial arrangements support sustainable publishing while preserving academic integrity, fairness, and editorial independence.
