The focus of this research is to initiate a cadre formation program by the Nahdlatul Ulama da'wah institution which aims to combat radicalism. Radical ideology is a threat to unity and unity because it has the potential to cause divisions with subjective claims that consider their group's religious model to be correct, while other groups are wrong. These beliefs are no longer an issue, but a real threat that has spread widely in society, especially in the Tulungagung area, East Java. Because of this fact, the fight against radical ideology is no longer the main solution, but there must be active and continued efforts so that this ideology can be suppressed in society. One effort that values research as a relevant effort is through Nahdlatu Ulama Da'wah Cadre Training (PKDNU) which is carried out in stages. This research is qualitative research with a type of passive field research. Researchers are directly involved in the training process to obtain credible data through observation, documentation studies and interviews.
