Publication Frequency

Gerasi in Mathematics Education (GIME) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published twice a year.

The journal publishes two regular issues annually according to the following schedule:

  • Issue 1: May
  • Issue 2: November

Each issue contains scholarly articles that have successfully completed the journal's editorial screening, double-blind peer-review process, revision, and final editorial evaluation.

Articles are published electronically following final acceptance and completion of the production process. The publication date of each article is recorded on its individual article page and included in the article's bibliographic metadata.

The journal maintains a consistent publication schedule and is committed to ensuring the timely publication of accepted manuscripts while maintaining rigorous academic and peer-review standards.

GIME may publish special issues or thematic collections when deemed appropriate by the editorial board. Special issues are subject to the same academic, ethical, and peer-review standards as regular issues.
