Peer Review Process

TORE Journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review system to ensure objectivity and academic integrity throughout the review process.

The review procedure consists of:

  1. Initial editorial screening.
  2. Similarity checking using plagiarism detection software.
  3. Editorial assessment of scope and manuscript quality.
  4. Double-blind review by at least two independent reviewers.
  5. Authors revise manuscripts based on reviewers' comments.
  6. Final editorial decision.

Editorial decisions include:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

The average review period is approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability.
